Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg1000 (43F52AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I purchased a new HP 15eg1053cl laptop a week ago; however, the business advertises a battery backup of 7.5 hours, but my laptop only provides 3 hours of backup.
I only have a few small softwares installed.

3 hours is a bit short but 4 or 5 would be very good. It's a 3-cell battery after all. These ideas may help extend battery runtime:

The big thing is reduce screen brightness.
