You need a new battery and the product code you posted is returning nothing. Are you under warranty? If you can give us your correct model number or product number we can give much better help. If the laptop is over 2 years old and the battery has never been replaced then its a simple case of needing a new battery. If the laptop is fairly new, then it may be some other problem.

We have not been told the model of the laptop or its age or the age of the battery so how can we know what's wrong? If it is indeed a worn out battery then all that can be done is to replace it. That is the design of a laptop. At some point the battery needs to be replaced and it does no good to deny it or postpone it. The old battery is not going to miraculously come back to life.
5th gen i3 processor makes it 3 or 4 years old; just about the time one would expect to need a new battery. Just like a car. The brakes and the tires need to be replaced after you have driven 40,000 miles or so.
It an external clip in battery so you do not need a tech to replace it:
