Good morning sir/madam

 

I have been using your hp Victus laptop that i have purchased it last December 2024 i have been facing issues with the battery the laptop is not charging and gets stuck at 27 when i plug out the charger it gets switched off .The hp support Assistant says battery needs to be replaced and it can be done under warranty

please help me with the solution
