i have an issue with my battery cycles and battery maintaince capacity. My question is whether, I keep my laptop plugged in after 100% or not

I don't recommend keeping your notebook plugged into AC power 100% of the time because that leaves the battery in a constant 100% charge state which may lead to battery swelling.

 

I would disconnect the notebook from A/C power when you are done using it for the day, and plug it back in the next time you need to use it.
