Have you run the diagnostics on the battery to see its health condition? How old is the laptop or battery if it is newer than the laptop? A couple years or more?

i had done battery diagnostics also but there is no issue with battery health condition is very good upto now
and my laptops age is less than 2 years
and the issue i am facing is when it is charging in off condition and the light indicator is indicating well but when i switch it on the issue persists like showing 100% if it is fully charged in off condition then it won't decrease from 100 and at a sudden after 3 or 3 &1/2hours it will suddenly shuts down and when i turn it on back with plugging in my charger it shows like 0 % it may damage my battery too so, please help me i had done chipset upgrades too yesterday but no result i am attaching my systems info i think it may help you sir

thank you

That is the general system data which says little to nothing about the battery....what would be really helpful is the advanced output from the battery test...number of cycles, percentage of charge capacity left in each cell, etc.

this is the report of battery diagnostics  please have a look into it

No errors showing in the battery test or AC adapter. Very confusing how you are having a problem. Unfortunately, there are limits to what we can diagnose remotely like this.
