hello, sorry for the delay in my reply.

On August 11, a windows update was carried out, when my laptop restarted it did not recognize the battery, which seemed very strange, I tried to communicate through various means until I called HP Latin America, because my laptop was bought in The United States, they told me to call HP United States, call because it seemed very strange to me about the battery I had already tried to delete the driver and install it again and it was still the same, but I suspected that it was something of software, however, HP United States He told me that I had to buy a battery because mine did not work without doing a test or something, I am in Peru and bought the battery and is on the way to Peru for a courier, but now my battery is working as it always has done and now I have a battery via Peru which I don't need. And it doesn't seem fair to me.
