@bittuKumar0033, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I can definitely help you with that!

Identify Your Laptop Model: Check the model number of your HP laptop. You can usually find this on the bottom of the laptop or in the battery compartment.

Purchase a Genuine HP Battery:

If you are looking for the steps to replace your HP laptop battery with an original one, please follow these,
Prepare Your Laptop:

  • Shut down your laptop completely.
  • Unplug the power adapter and remove any external devices.

Remove the Old Battery:

  • Flip your laptop over and place it on a soft, clean surface.
  • Remove any screws securing the back panel (you might need to remove rubber feet covering the screws).
  • Carefully pry open the back panel using a plastic tool to avoid damage.
  • Disconnect the old battery from the system board and remove it.

Install the New Battery:

  • Place the new battery in the compartment and reconnect it to the system board.
  • Secure the battery with screws if necessary.
  • Reattach the back panel and secure it with screws.

Test the New Battery:

  • Power on your laptop and check if the new battery is recognized and charging properly.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
