Welcome to our peer-to-peer HP Community Forum!

 

Your HP Pavilion 15-da0xxx series laptop requires a battery with p/n:  L11119-855 (model HT03XL).

 

The reality of the matter is that HP does NO LONGER MANUFACTURE OR (RE-)STOCK OEM-L11119-855 Batteries.  You will not be able to find an "original" HP-made L11119-855 anywhere, and if by some twist of fate you do, better look at its MFG or date of manufacture, because it may be more than 8 years old in that case.

 

Anyways, I wouldn't characterize newly manufactured HT03XL "fake" at all, as many of them meet or even exceed the original OEM's specs.

 

Here is an example of a quality HT03XL replacement battery: WISTAR TPN-I130 Laptop Battery for HP Pavilion 240 G7, 245 G7, 250 G7, 255 G7, 340 G5, 348 G5 Series....
