i sent my hp victus 15 fa1024nt in for general maintenance. battery health was 35 percent at that time.
after service the laptop worked fine. i fully charged it to 100 percent and left it powered off for 6 days. when i returned the battery was 0 percent and the laptop would not start on battery.
i plugged in the charger. the charger led first lit red. when i tried to power on, the charging port led started blinking red instead of staying solid. sometimes it later shows white but the system still reports 0 percent.
i ran hp diagnostics and received error code 6C032W-BMJCNW-MFPWWJ-CA5G03 with results saying primary - replace / logical status - bad cell / charge status - bad fuser.
this looks like a defective battery. please arrange a battery replacement or tell me the next steps for escalation.
i can provide full diagnostic output, serial number

thank you
