Hi Dominikk5,

Try running a battery test outside the OS. Ive seen similar cases in the past wherein consumer's have to replace the battery. I am not sure if the battery of your computer is built in

To run a test

Shut your PC/Laptop completely by pressing and holding down power button for 5 seconds

Press and hold down ESC  then start the computer while holding down ESC

Tap F2 once

Select a language

Select component test

Select battery test

Follow the onscreen prompt

If test failed. You should be able to get a failure id. If yes

Call HP at 18004746836 for further assistance

Cheers,

ichi
