The Maintenance & Service guide shows your laptop model series as being from 2019.
You should replace the battery with a new one.
Parts reference - The Maintenance & Service guide (see chapter 3 page 18, item 14)

Well, unfortunately, the BMS chip in the battery is not having a good rapport, so to speak, with the BMS system in the laptop.
Using Caps is an unnecessary, not particularly nice, way to communicate online.
It would have helped if you had just stated that in the first post instead of keeping it to yourself.
Consider contacting the vendor and requesting an RMA.

I am sorry I used caps while replying but I was replying from my mobile at about 4am early in the morning India time.
The usage of caps was inadvertent and in no way my intention was to suggest anything else.
I thank you for your reply.

No worries.
I have fat fingers when I use my phone to text as well.
Have a nice day.
