I have the HP Chromebook x360. Is it harmful to its battery to be left on charge after its fully charged? Heard today that its not smart to leave a smartphone on overnight charge, as it´ll charge fully, recede some charge again, recede some charge again, in short reduce the battery´s life. Does that go for my Chromebook x360 too?

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to know whether you can keep the charger connected to the Chromebook and whether it affects the battery life.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
The battery stops charging once it reaches 100% and the computer will run only on the AC power. Keeping the charger connected to the computer will not affect battery life.
I hope that answers your question and you have a great day!
