Yes, there is a list of recalled HP laptop batteries. Searching online though, I don't think that your laptop came with a recallable battery. However, to be sure, you may as well download/run HP's "Battery Program Validation Utility", as it will check if the battery in your notebook is affected by a recall. Validation using this utility takes less than a minute. Can be downloaded here: HP Notebook Computer and Mobile Workstation Battery Safety Recall and Replacement Program.
This HP utility requires net 4.5 framework and HP CASL Framework to be installed in order for the utility to function. It should work just fine for you, but just in case it doesn't -that is, if your laptop does not meet minimum requirements, please download the fully loaded battery validation utility that will install the required frameworks.
Chances are you'll have to purchase a new/replacement battery. I believe the p/n for your laptop battery is: L11119-856 (Assembly-battery 3C 41W 3.6A LI HT030) -please check -see picture. You can get a quality replacement battery such as here: HT03XL L11119-855 Battery for HP Pavilion 15-CS 15-DA 15-DB 15-DW 17-by 17-CA 14-CE 14-CF 14-DF 15-C....
Hope this was helpful.
