Does my Elitebook 840 G1 have a second battery?  If yes, where can i find it ?

Hello.

 

Elitebook 840 G1 can be equipped with an optional external battery (type CO06XL) that will show up as a secondary battery. It is attached to the bottom of the laptop and has the same dimensions as the laptop itself.

 

Since 840 G1 is roughly 10 years old model now, you'll have to source one from online retailers, eBay, Amazon and the like. If this is "new old stock" (likely) then it probably isn't in prime condition anymore since batteries degrade over time.
