my battery is not increasing than 99%

I understand how  it must feel when your battery won’t charge past 99%. 

 

Could you please share the exact model of your HP device and whether you’ve noticed this issue consistently or only occasionally?

 

In the meantime, here are a few steps you can try:

 

Battery calibration: Sometimes the battery gauge needs recalibration. Fully charge the laptop, then let it drain to 0% and recharge to 100%.

 

BIOS update: Outdated BIOS can cause charging irregularities. Check HP Support Assistant for updates.

 

Power reset: Shut down your laptop, unplug the charger, remove the battery (if removable), hold the power button for 15 seconds, then reconnect and restart.

 

HP Support Assistant: Run a battery diagnostic to see if the health status shows any issues.
