hello,
im using hp elite 6730b , and would like to use the fingerprint sensor but i cant faind the validity sensor and biometric drivers ,...would real appriciate your support

Did you upgrade/downgrade your machine ? Please try the following driver

Hi, @msakhala
Your notebook does not have the validity sensor hardware.
It uses the AuthenTec fingerprint sensor hardare, and you should be able to use the W7 driver...

If you plan to use the fingerprint sensor to log into windows, you can try this W10 version of the Client Security Manager software which superceded the ProtectTools software.

had upgraded it from windows 7 to windows 10 about a year ago ...the finger print sensor was never used its the first time that i am attempting to use it.
i have installed the driver sp47728 ...but the sensor is not detected by Hp client security
