hi,

my pc does not recognize the internal biometric sensor. could you tell me how to check if it is activated in the bios? how to activate it?

HP 6470b is a series of many machines and Fingerprint reader is an option for select models only. Are you sure your machine has this option ? If yes, please try to download and install
