I need to upgrade the bios, I can not seem to locate the latest bios firmware, where can I get it?
I am running linux but I can put in the windows XP if necessary for bios update.

You would have to flash the BIOS in XP or Vista...

You're very welcome.
It looks like HP has removed all support for your model and it took me a while to find the file too.
I think HP now has a policy where they only support equipment 10 years old or newer, which is too bad because lots of us like to keep using our trusty old equipment.
