Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

I want to give an additional information about the two problems that I mentioned on my previous post.

I used a windows 11 22H2 upgrade compatibility software  to see  if there are any issues about windows 11 . This sofware confirmed my doubts about hp laptop's  BIOS or namely "system firmware"  problem.  This software confirmed that  my victus laptop cannot  install  the  windows 11 22H2 upgrade.  Here  are  the  results:

And I am even sure that the  BIOS update "version F.10"  that I  mentioned before caused this to happen. Also, this BIOS  update caused intel 12500h processor not to reach at its full speed anymore. All diagnostics softwares including Intel Xtreme Tuning Utility and Hp Omen Gaming hub (in "system vitals" tab) validates the same thing. According to intel XTU system information tab, this laptop's intel 12500h processor has a maximum performace core  "active speed, proposed speed" of only 4200Mhz(or 4.2Ghz) in all  circumstances.  By the way,  I didn't make any dangerous changes related with processor, ram,gpu etc when using this program. I only used intel XTU software just to read the processor core speed values.  This software has a detailed  system information tab - I only read these values and decided to contact HP support.
