Product: OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-b0000 (2W6B5AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My laptop(HP omen 16 ) screen suddenly went black while using the laptop but windows was still running normally even webcam worked(the led lit when i opened the cam from start menu).
- i tried rebooting many times but still windows booted with black screen(no logo or anything appeared. Completely black).
- then i tried hard resetting the laptop.
- then it won't even boot anymore only keyboard rgb and cpu fan worked and nothing else happened.
- tried reseating ram and external monitor but nothing worked.
- then tried recovering the bios using win + B method but nothing worked
- then tried again using a usb containing the bios then the laptop keyboard rgp lit for a fraction of a second then restarted and this continued in a loop until i removed the usb stick or force shutdown the laptop.
- then when i try to start the laptop it gives a Corrupt Bios flashing code on the CAPS lock button.
what should i do now?
