HP Pavilion 15-ab000 Notebook PC series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The laptop suddenly stopped booting up.

It has power - the caps lock button is steadily on, but the screen is completely black.

What I tried:

The laptop is less than 2 years old and was carefully used, but the warranty is only one year.

I'd like to understand if HP would repair it and if not what my options are and how much it is likely to cost.

Thank you!
