I got black screen and when I test hardwares like memory and hard disk and CPU, I got a failure id with
failure id: 9sgfhh-bmgc2b-mfgjxg-405503
what is the meaning of this failure id?
what is my problem?!
what can I do to solve this?!
my product is hp dragonfly g4

I need the full product ID to do the code lookup
Please provide the Product ID including the 3 characters after the # symbol. This code may be needed to find cloud recovery files in addition to the lookup
I suspect you will have to replace your failed drive if that code is a drive failure.

The Product ID is : 6Q261AV
and the failure ID is : 9SGFHH-BMGC2B-MFGJXG-405503
I think it is RAM module. What should I do ?! How can I find which RAM has problem and how can I replace it?!

According to this it is a memory failure and you have 3 months remaining on a "care pack"
HP Customer Support - Service Center
I suspect the memory is soldered to the motherboard.
Return it for repair
