my PC doesn't show the Bluetooth icon after installation  and it doesn't work. Help Please

Update Bluetooth Drivers:

Ensure that your Bluetooth drivers are up to date. Visit the HP Support Page and enter your product information to find the latest drivers for your device.

 

Check if Bluetooth is Enabled:

  • Go to Settings 
  • Devices 
  • Bluetooth & other devices
  • Ensure that Bluetooth is turned on.

Run the Bluetooth Troubleshooter:

  • Open Settings.
  • Go to Update & Security.
  • Click on Troubleshoot.

Select Bluetooth and run the troubleshooter.

 

Restart Bluetooth Service:

  • Press Win + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
  • In the Services window, scroll down and find Bluetooth Support Service.
  • Right-click on Bluetooth Support Service and select Restart.

 

Check Device Manager:

  • Right-click on the Start button and select Device Manager.
  • Expand the Bluetooth section.
  • If there are any icons with a warning, right-click on them and select Update driver.

BIOS Update:

Make sure your system's BIOS is updated to the latest version as it might contain crucial updates for Bluetooth functionality. Follow the instructions for your specific PC model to update the BIOS. Refer to the relevant HP documentation for more details.
