Hi, @bluebanter
The parts list for your PC indicates that it comes with a Ralink RT3290LE 802.11bgn 1x1 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 combination WLAN adapter.
That model Bluetooth adapter does not work on the newer builds of W10.
Here is the link to the only W10 driver ever released for the Ralink Bluetooth.
MediaTek (Ralink) Bluetooth Software Driver
11.0.761.0
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71572.exe
Unfortunately, you will discover that it won't work.
You have two options:
1. Purchase a USB Bluetooth adapter.
2. Replace the Ralink Wi-Fi card with this model where the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth work on all versions/builds of W10:
Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11bgn 1×1 + BT 4 LE Combo Adapter HP part # 753077-001
Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the Wi-Fi card removal and replacement procedure:

Type your Bluetooth driver hardware ID in the Microsoft Update Catalog search box.
If the list of drivers that comes out in the Microsoft Update Catalog does not match your OS version, try using third-party software such as Driver Easy Pro or CCleaner Professional Edition.
I'm sure you already know how to find out the hardware ID.
