bluetooth doesnt work at all no devices come up when I turn on bluetoot, even when I installed the latest driver it doesn't  work or show up on the device manager.

Does the Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11b/g/n/ac (1x1) Wi-Fi®  work?

 

How are you turning on bluetooth?

 

Arte you sure that the bluetooth is enabled?
