bluetooth radio is missing in my pc, am unable to connect to bluetooth

Hi:

 

If your notebook has the Ralink RT3290 wifi adapter, that is a common issue with that model wifi/bluetooth adapter and W10.

 

I'm surprised the wifi didn't disappear too.

 

There is no fix other than to purchase an external USB Bluetooth adapter, or upgrade the Ralink wifi card to this model, if your notebook has two wifi antenna cables connected to the Ralink wifi adapter in there now.

 

Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 802.11 ac 2x2 WiFi + BT 4.0    HP Part # 710661-001

 

The card has a maximum throughput of 867 MBPS on the 5.0 GHz wifi band with an AC router.

 

You should be able to find this model wifi card on eBay.

 

Search by the HP part number, not the model of the wifi card.
