my pc (hp omen 15) go to bluscreen when i plug hdmi cable from the hub multiport to the monitor

That is likely to be a firmware incompatibility.

 

What brand is the multiport hub?

 

Have you been to the manufacturer website to see if a firmware update is available?

hi erico, thanks a lot for the fast answer
the brand is TECNOWARE, i'm checking right now for the drivers/firmware update, but it seems there is not any

I suggest checking the Tecnoware website to see if you can get product support.

 

The Windows event viewer did show that Windows PnP was not successful with the multiport hub.  

 

You might try the free home version of the WhoCrashed? utility to get more information on the cause of the bluescreen.

You will have to make sure that memory minidumps are setup  to be saved on your laptop's OS.
