booting issues and screen flickering

when sometime i turn on my elitebook laptop caps blink once followed by battery blinking yellow and white and no booting. until i dismantle cmos and battery then later when its on the screen flickers. i have straggles with this for sometimes now. please help.

Model. HSN-113C-4.

Two months ago was working perfectly.

No changes were made since the issues started.

The issues started when I power on the laptop it doesn't boot. The caps lock blink once and then the battery led blinks color orange and white. Then it shut off immediately it doesn't boot the os. After I disconnect the cmos and battery and then later connect the battery it boot then I connect the cmos to remove the post error and click enter to proceed. Then the screen flickers during all the time. And when I shut down the laptop for about two to three hours it fails to boot so I repeat the same process again. In short in doesn't boot normal when I do press the power on button.
