Product: probook 650 g8
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i'm about to receve a probook 650 g8.

after testing its battery it cant hold more than 2 hours in web surfing after full charge knowing that in the laptop specs it last 10 hours in web surfing.

is it normal, should i do something ?

Do you have the laptop or not? Battery runtime will be shorter for a while when it is new. You are never going to see 10 hours. That is under very special circumstances. 4-5 hours is excellent and even that is going to take some energy conservation measures.
