l looked here for parts. I did see the hinges being offered for sale, but not a case. Possibly if you entered the serial number you might get a better parts list.

It might be useful to lubricate the hinge as I suspect that caused the problem.
This discussion is about using a toothpick to lubricate a MacBook hinge.
Or just do a general search
If out of warranty, you might look on eBay for a similar laptop "sold for parts only"
