Product: HP 15s-fq1013na 15.6 Inch Full HD Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
the cap of the letter M in my keyboard has detached and even if put back is still loose and difficult to use.

HP does not sell individual keys, nor do third-party vendors, so there is no option for buying a new key.
Basically, you would need to get the keyboard replaced, and since you would want that done under the warranty, you will have to contact HP directly as we are not permitted to intervene in that in any way.
