NTB HP Envy 15 x360 15-bp007FHD i5

Hallo,

ich habe am 18.08.17 mein NOtebook NTB HP Envy 15x360 15-bp007ng FHD
i5 nagelneu gekauft.

Hello,

On 18.08.17 I bought the new NOtebook NTB HP Envy 15x360 15-bp007ng FHD
i5. The notebook is 360 degrees
foldable with tablet function. After 2 years and 6 weeks I have
found out that the cover of the screen is separated from the screen
because there the plastic is broken at the lower right corner,
where the hinge is. This means that there is a gap between the
The screen and lid open and the laptop can only be folded up.
with the risk of the cable and bracket coming out.

The notebook was folded in the 2 years altogether approx. 30x. Not
more often, because it was not transported and the function was used as tablet
was used very rarely. The notebook is generally only used for the
used for private use on weekends for max. 4h and is located at a
fixed place.
How can it be that the material appears to be so inferior or the workmanship that it cannot even withstand this low load?

Can you please tell me possible options for what you can do after the warranty has expired?

And to the other comments that criticize the extremely weak hinges:

Yes, that was the case right from the start that these were extremely weak and that the screen automatically folded backwards at the slightest touch or, if a certain angle was exceeded, it folded completely downwards - and that with a brand new model for over 1000€.

Thank you very much for your feedback!
