I reinstall system yesterday with preexisting problem" 0% avaialbe , (plugged in, not charging)". This problem occurs prior to reinstall entire system. I uninstall AC adaptor and another one, remove buttery, remove ac adptor, then put all of them back and restart computer. It is not working still show same.
I download hp support assistant nd used hp buttery diagnosis to check problem, I noted few seconds after starting diagnosis, computer shows " plugged in, charing." After diagnosis, the computer go back to shows " 0% avaialbe , (plugged in, not charging)".
As diagnosis result shows in the folliwng. What should I do next? should I replace a new buttery and where can I get it?

I would suggest replacing the battery. What is the full model number of your computer and i can provide a part number for your battery so that you may purchase a new one.
