Product: HP Notebook 15-dy1018ca
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A new battery was installed by the vendor, but they told me to calibrate it myself.  I followed the in structions until I gort to "restart..press ESC"  This did nothing.  I proceeded to select F2 System Diags and nothing showed up.  I'm stumped!  And the battery doesn't hold a charge as it should.
