HP Recommended

mm camera is not opening and for that i contacted the microsoft team and they check my laptop and said there is no problem with the hardware but the problem is that the camera driver is outdated so i tried to download the driver from hp wesite but there is no such driver there.

HP Recommended

Open Device Manager → Cameras / Imaging Devices → right-click your camera → select Update driver → Search automatically for drivers. Run Windows Update and check Optional Updates → Driver Updates for any camera-related drivers. Visit the HP Support Assistant application (if installed) and use it to scan for recommended drivers. You can also uninstall the camera device from Device Manager and restart the laptop. Windows will usually reinstall the correct driver automatically.
