hey so i was able to download the ea app and need like 5 more GB of storage to download the sims game. i was wondering the best way to do that? i’m not really able to delete anything. and i’m not too tech savvy or have much money.  open to suggestions

The simple answer is that if you are unable to free up enough disk space now, then your only option is replace the internal drive with a new one that has greater capacity.  If your laptop has an HDD (hard drive) then even though it will cost a lot more, your better option would be to buy a larger capacity SDD (Solid State Drive).

But the drive swap involves hooking up the second drive and CLONING the existing drive to it.  If you are not experienced in doing this, then you need to track down a local laptop repair shop that will do this for you.

BEFORE you do that, you need to download and install Wise Disk Cleaner -- a free app that you can run to clean out the junk from your drive.  After running this, you might find THEN, you have enough disk space.
