I was wonder if there was a 2nd slot for storage but if not am I able to upgrade the storage from 512gb to 1TB?

Hi:

 

Your notebook does not have support for two NVMe SSD's but you can remove the 512 GB SSD and replace it with a 1 TB PCIe 4 x 4 NVMe SSD.

Chapter 5, page 33 shows the location of the single M.2 SSD.
