What is your PC 14-dv1000 (464V0AV) machine ? It could be one on the following over 90 machines.

They all should have same ports One example : HP Pavilion Laptop 14-dv1010TU
It has a good SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 10Gbps signaling rate (USB Power Delivery, DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge) port therefore you can use USB-C chargers rating 65W or above to charge your machine.
It is a good candidate for the HP USB-C G5 (5TW10AA) dock (fully tested by me).
