can I upgrade my processor from intel core i3 8145U to intel core i5 12 generation or any other processor

HP Recommended

The processor is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.

 

There were no motherboards offered in the model series that supported anything newer than an Intel 8th generation core processor.
