Product: hp 1000 note book amd A4-3330mx APU with radeon HD graphic (2 CPUs)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

any one can tell me 

 

can I upgrade   ???

ram 4 Gb (just have 1 slot)

Your machine uses ADM APU processor which is soldered to the motherboard therefore you can replace its CPU. You have to buy a new motherboard (if available) with CPU in one piece.
