Yes you can. You have the very low end of that model series, with a Celeron N3050 CPU. It has a single memory slot and can take up to an 8 gig module of DDR3L-1600 SO-DIMM and you could replace the spinning hard drive with a 2.5 inch SATA SSD.
Pages 39-46 show how to remove the back cover and access and replace hard drive and memory.
