Chapter 1 of the maintenance and service guide on your notebook model series' support page indicates that you can install up to 2 x 8 GB of memory.

 

HP Spectre 15-ch000 x360 Convertible PC Manuals | HP® Customer Support

 

Chapter 5 has the memory removal and replacement procedure...
