trying to prepare laptop for windows 11.  the i7 8565U CPU meets the requirements of windows 11. Will this CPU function properly with my motherboard so i can install windows 11?

Hi @RMPC 

 

The model you indicate uses 6th generation processors, so it is impossible to use an 8th generation processor, and the processor is soldered to the motherboard.
