HP 17.3 Model: 17-BY2053CL -- Intel i5-10th Gen Processor

It has Intel Gen 10 processor namely Intel® Core™ i5-10210U (1.6 GHz base frequency, up to 4.2 GHz with Intel® Turbo Boost Technology, 6 MB L3 cache, 4 cores). Why not ?

thanks. i have passed on this unit because of the slow processor. i was hoping the turbo boost would have been able to re-clocked to make it faster, but i found out this one will not do that for a permanent fix so it i have stopped looking at it. i have however found a few more that are faster and are on the list that was posted here so this thread has helped. thanks
