went through manual already,   after reading all the post relating to 

 

this topic.   I have not found a single answer.

Hi:

 

If your notebook has a Mobile Intel Series 4 chipset (which it must have if you have a T4500 processor installed), then the answer is no, you cannot upgrade to any Intel core processor.

 

The first generation Intel core processors only work with the Mobile Intel Series 5 chipsets.
