Hi:

Not without great difficulty.

You have to buy the 2.5" mounting bracket and the SATA cable that goes from the hard drive to the motherboard.

It would be a whole lot easier to replace your M.2 SSD with one having a larger storage capacity and reinstall W10 using the HP cloud recovery tool.

Below is the link to the service manual.   Chapter 3 has the additional parts and part numbers required to add a 2.5" drive.

(6) Hard drive connector board             L20454-001
(7) Hard drive/solid-state drive cable  L20456-001

Where you can find those parts in India is anyone's guess.
