Most likely faster timing memory will not work.

 

Your PC's BIOS is locked and there are no settings to adjust the memory XMP.

 

The parts list for your PC indicates it comes with DDR4-3200 MHz memory.

 

HP PartSurfer

 

Use the DDR4-3200 MHz memory with the standard CL22 timing,

 

Your PC should be able to support 2 x 16 GB of memory.
