The specs say it is a 3 cell battery but the actual parts list shows a 4-cell:

(16) Battery (4 cell, 70 Wh, 4.55 Ah) 920070-855

This is an internal battery so tightly engineered and has to be the same size and thickness as the original which leaves no way to have additional cells.

See pages 17 and 29 of the manual here:

If you are still under warranty HP will replace the battery if bad but you would need to send it (the whole laptop) in. They will not ship you an internal battery for DIY install.

So you say that i have 4 cell battery? how can i confirm that. and can if there is a 3 cell battery can i update it to 4 cell?

There is only one battery that can be installed in your computer and it is the part number listed and it is a 4-cell battery so that is all that could ever be installed. You did not answer about the warranty. If the original battery is working OK, then obviously it cannot be replaced under warranty. Can't tell if you want to replace a bad battery and upgrade while you are doing that anyway or just want to upgrade. Basically there is no upgrade is what I am saying.
