Hi,
Thanx to your company to give such good products with such good supports.
I just wanted to confirm whether my notebook can run modern high definition games like call of duty World War 2, Watchdogs 2, Fifa 18 etc. my laptop contains 2 graphic processing units (i.e intel HD graphics 620 and AMD RADEON 520) and 6 Gb memory.
I also want to know whether I can upgrade GPUs and Ram, and how.
waiting for your answer,
Thanx again

Hi Hamza_laptop15,
Just like Huffer stated, GPU upgrade is not available and RAM upgrades in general won't improve gaming experiences by a whole lot. Unfortunately, your graphics card doesn't seem to produce very good numbers in terms of performance.
If you really wish to run games on your build, make sure to go into Display or Video or some sort of settings in the game and set settings to low. I'm not very adept at AMD graphics, but also go into graphics settings or some sort of Radeon control panel and set the performance to highest. Keep in mind this will drain the battery much faster.

GPU upgrade is not possible; it is chips built into the motherboard. It would take up to 16 gigs of RAM but that will not improve the gaming capability enough to make any difference.
Your dedicated video chip is the AMD Radeon 520 which is at the very, very low end of dedicated video. It is OK for stuff like computer design work and some very light gaming but is not going to work for serious modern high def games.

That is called "puffing" or non-specific advertising. Does it say "will run FIFA 2018 at full resolution with all effects"? No because that would be a lie. Does it have "modern gaming performance"? Who is to say?

um your misunderstanding,
I was asking that is there any other PC or gaming console I may buy. I was hustled by listening AMD RADEON graphics in my PC and the shop keeper also didnt told me the truth behind it. So I really need to do gaming. Any suggestions?

Hi Hamza_laptop15,
I understand that you're just trying to get recommendations for gaming. You can opt for gaming consoles if you wish or you can go for building your own PC from scratch for the ultimate gaming experience. However this of course depends on your budget.
If you want gaming on a laptop, you can check out the Omen series on HP's site.
