Quick answer: yes. That model series was offered with either HD or FHD and there is only one video cable part which serves either type of screen. So replace the HD panel with FHD and it will work.
Display panel replacement starts on p. 77. You need a panel like this:
FHD, non-touch screen (anti glare) 798933-007 or if you like glossy like this:
FHD, non-touch (BrightView) 842463-006
Personally I prefer the matte or nonglare:
This UK seller ships to India and price is pretty fair. Good luck.
